Can I track my deliveries in real-time?
Yes! we offer a detailed dashboard and reporting tool that highlights both real-time and historic data.
How do you ensure the safety and security of the deliveries?
Our company is insured, and each driver is required to have insurance. We also require drivers to check in multiple times per day, send photos of the freight when loaded and unloaded, and our system allows us to track them in real time as long as they are logged in properly.
What are your rates for LTL delivery?
Our rates for LTL delivery are dependent on a lot of factors, so we must quote for most individual loads unless we have a pre-negotiated contract with rates in place.
Do you provide any packaging or handling guidelines for LTL delivery?
The Delivery Authority puts tremendous effort into ensuring our drivers and vehicles meet the highest standards, because we know they serve as an extension of your brand. We have strategic processes in place to attract talent and maintain the vehicles used to deliver for you. We see onboarding and retaining the best drivers as a virtuous circle. If we can onboard the best and supplement their capabilities with our training and operational expertise, we will be able to exceed customers’ expectations and grow our business. If we are growing, we will be able to keep the best drivers busy and engaged.
What types of goods are eligible for LTL delivery with The Delivery Authority?
We can move nearly anything, with the exception of Hazardous Materials and items that require refrigeration.

What are the maximum weight and size limits for LTL deliveries?
We can deliver anything from a piece of paper to something weighing 10000 lbs per truckload.
How do I schedule a pickup for LTL delivery?
What should I do if there's a delay or problem with my deliveries?
Real-time alerts are built into the system to notify customers automatically minutes before arrival and are used to flag issues in a timely manner, if desired. Your personal account manager is also overseeing deliveries, and will get in touch if needed. If you have something that needs to be changed, please contact our office immediately, either via email or phone and we will make quick adjustments.
Do you offer any guarantees or insurance on deliveries?
Absolutely. We expect for your deliveries to arrive on time and it perfect condition, barring any unpreventable delays. Should something happen to your deliveries in transit, we have a large amount of cargo insurance to cover said deliveries.
Can I schedule regular deliveries with special requirements?
Absolutely. We can customize anything to fit your needs.
Are there any restricted items that cannot be delivered via LTL?
We are not currently in the business of providing HazMat deliveries, live animals, or refrigerated trucks.
